Ella Living is the latest collaboration between Icon & Co Marketing and Stuart Howard Architects, a 45 suite residence at the intersection of Grant & Nanaimo in East Vancouver. We were tasked with developing a sophisticated visual identity for Ella that would speak confidently to potential homeowners, feel rooted in the community and give a nod to it’s Italian heritage. Our solution was to approach Ella as if it were a neighbourhood fixture undergoing a facelift, rather than a potentially disruptive new development.
